The 360System Residential Thermal takes everything that makes the 360System exceptional and adds thermal break technology, a continuous barrier within the frame that significantly reduces heat transfer between inside and out. The result is a window and door system that performs at the highest level, both structurally and thermally.
What thermal break technology actually means
In a standard aluminium frame, heat moves freely between the inside and outside of your home through the metal itself. A thermal break interrupts that transfer by introducing a non-conductive barrier within the frame profile, keeping warmth in during winter and heat out during summer. Combined with the 360System's large-format glass panels and XR Edge glazing, the thermal performance of this system is among the highest available in a residential aluminium window and door.

Thermal break profiles
Individual aluminium profiles are joined with precision-fitted polyamide strips using FMIBI's thermal zipping process, creating a single profile with consistent strength and expansion properties and significantly improved insulation.
Weather resistance
Tested and certified to resist 1000Pa of water pressure, more than twice the Extra High Wind Zone standard.
